Jude3 & the PCA Personnel

Ryan Biese serves on the board and is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He has been the pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia since 2018. Ryan is an alumnus of Grove City College in Pennsylvania (2009; BA in History). He obtained his seminary training at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson. Ryan and his wife Ann were married in May of 2011. They have two children.

Doug Hart serves on the board and is an honorably retired TE, a member of Blue Ridge Presbytery. He attends Christ the King PCA in Roanoke VA. A graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary, he has served bi-vocationally in enterprise software businesses and as church planter of Hope Presbyterian of Martinsville and Associate and Interim Pastor at Christ the King. Currently Doug is involved with local ministries. He is a founding board member of Blue Ridge Institute for Theological Education and Blue Ridge Christian Counseling, as well as Restoring Hope Roanoke, a ministry connecting the church to neighbors in material poverty.

Bruce Kirby serves as executive director of Jude3 & the PCA, and is an ex officio member of the board. He has spent eleven years on the staff (non-ordained) of Covenant Presbyterian in Lakeland, Florida. He has served as director of a Christian study center, headmaster of a classical Christian academy, and director of the Firm Foundation Partnership. Bruce is a father of three, grandfather of seven, and great grandfather of one. He and Jane have been married for fifty-four years.

Allen Montgomery serves on the board. He has worked in the investment management business for the past thirty-nine years and has served as a ruling elder in the PCA since 1998. He is committed to doctrinal, confessional purity in the PCA and strives for peace among its members. He has been married for more than fifty-four years. He and his wife have three children, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

William Roberts serves on the board and is a retired gynecological oncologist. An atheist at age 50, he was converted to Christianity through the ministry of a local PCA church. He has served as a ruling elder in that church for 20 years, also serving as Clerk of Session. Dr. Roberts is thoroughly confessional, believing in the inerrancy of scripture, justification by grace alone through faith alone, in Christ alone.

Junior & Jenn Vasquez serve as administrators for Jude3 & the PCA. Junior is a software engineer. Jenn graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and clerked for a federal judge for two years before joining a law firm where she is a junior partner. She also serves on the board of a classical Christian school. Combined, they have been members of their PCA church for fifty-four years.
